The A’viands Culinary Academy is a comprehensive hands-on training program open to anyone within our organization who has a passion to further develop their culinary skills.
Participants of the A’viands Culinary Academy will typically be able to complete all 18 classes and graduate within 1-2 years.
Access to tools, techniques and recommended reading on a number of subjects through our internal staff resource portal. Technical training is also available through web-based training and live classrooms (distance learning).

A’viands supports eligible employees who wish to take job-related courses from accredited institutions through our Tuition Reimbursement Program. The program allows eligible employees to take approved courses and receive reimbursement.
