Our personnel management philosophy is all about Team Work. We teach our employees that customer satisfaction is our “Operational Imperative” everyday. We encourage creative flexibility when addressing customer needs. We don’t want to standardize the things that are important to our customer. A’viands operates with seamless layers, getting answers to your questions without having to go through a lot of red tape.
The A’viands team asks employees what their goals are and how we can aide them to achieve these goals. Caring about our employees instills positive productivity, trust, and high morale. As it has been stated “Nobody cares what you know, until they know you care”.
